Device Emulator Manager. Error 0x80004002

Hi guys!
Software Configuration: WinXP SP3 + VS 2088 SP1 + all updates.

I've install WinMobile 6.5 Pro DTK, than remove it. Install WinMobile
6 SDK Refresh Pro, than installed WinMobile 6.5.3 Pro DTK and now I
can't launch any image from device emulator manager (also can't deploy
from VS). When I press Connect in manager, I've got this error message
"Cannot connect to device. Error : 0x80004002"

All I can is to direct start image from device emulator, but started
devices are displayed in device emulator manager as active.

Can somebody help me with this?

PS:VS repair not helped.

I had the same error, and just a repair of the DTK (http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5389) helped. I now can start the emulator from the Emulator-Manager and deploy from within VS2008
