evc4 CE6 and/or Win7 ready?

Hi all,

I was just wondering if evc4 is still the best choice whendeveloping for
Windows CE 6... I have created a SDK with the platform builder and installed
it, but the device shows up only in VS2005 and VS2008. Is there a reason why
there is still only the standard SDK visible in evc?

Furthermore, is evc4 meant to be Windows 7 compatible? I had some crashs,
and it looks like the maintainance stopped with SP4 some years ago.
Could Windows 7 be the reason why my CE6-SDK won't show up in evc?

Cheers,
Roland

AFAIK, CE6 requires VS2005 at least. OTOH, if you have PB, you can also use
that do compile and debug your applications.

Are you seeing a CE6 SDK there?

I don't think Windows 7 is the reason but that CE6 is just not supported in
eVC4.
